Julie is a seasoned Realtor, with 19 years of experience and a consistent track record of being one of the top agents at her brokerage. Her success can be attributed to her unwavering commitment to representing her clients’ best interests in the emotionally charged realm of residential real estate. She provides her clients with peace of mind and approaches every transaction with the same level of care and attention as if it were her own.

Julie’s background in merchandising has instilled in her a passion for staging homes, which she offers as a value-added service at no additional cost. Staging is more than just decorating; it is a strategic approach to presenting a property in its best possible light, enabling potential buyers to envision themselves living in the home and ultimately leading to a quicker sale at a higher price point. Julie is dedicated to working tirelessly and making herself available to her clients at all times, recognizing the importance of time in an increasingly competitive real estate market. She holds a degree in Merchandise Management from Michigan State University.

Julie and her husband Evan have lived in the same East Grand Rapids house for almost 30 years now, where they raised their two children, Emily and Jordan. After all this time, it is still her dream home! In her leisure time, Julie can be found on the beach at the lakeshore, or trying out a new restaurant in town.
