Since 2003, Treadstone has been practicing common sense lending and created an environment where people work hard—and play harder. Under the guidance of co-founders and friends, Kevin Polakovich and Brendan O’Driscoll, we have continued to hire people with drive, integrity, and a true dedication to redefining the mortgage industry.
Today, we’re the leading premier local mortgage company in West Michigan (and pretty proud of it). But this didn’t happen overnight; it’s a product of our commitment to best-in-class customer service, on-time closings, and open, honest communication with both clients and agents.
When you visit our office, trust you’ll be welcomed by staff who genuinely care about you and want to know you by name. Plus, you may be greeted by one of our beloved office dogs, too.
