Congratulations to our November Realtor of the Month, Mark Blashkiw with Blueprint Properties!

Although Mark began his career in accounting after graduating from Western Michigan University, reading “Rich Dad Poor Dad” ignited his passion for real estate and entrepreneurship. After spending several years in California climbing the ranks of a public accounting firm, Mark decided to take the courageous leap into real estate in 2013. With the help of a great friend, Mark moved back to Grand Rapids, got licensed as a realtor, and never looked back.

Between his professional certifications in negotiation, continuing education seminars, and reading many books on real estate, investing, and entrepreneurship, Mark’s desire to learn and better himself translates into success for his clients. To best serve his clients, Mark takes the time to understand their needs and goals, uses his expertise to get the best deals on the best terms, and stays on the forefront of all things real estate.

Personally, Mark enjoys playing pickleball, chess, bags, and golf. He loves hiking, walking, reading, and is a dedicated lifelong learner. As the owner of three shih-tzus, Mark and his wife never have a dull moment in their home!
