Our Agent of the Month for October is Realtor Chris McCarthy with the Lucas Howard Group of Keller Williams Grand Rapids East.

Chris first stumbled into real estate while searching for a rental, but quickly realized it was the perfect fit for him professionally. What he enjoys most is connecting with clients — digging deep to understand their needs and helping them feel confident and informed throughout the entire process. With a growth mindset and a never-quit attitude, Chris makes sure his clients not only find the right home but also feel great about the journey.

When he’s not in the office, Chris enjoys lake days with his wife, son, and two golden retrievers. You can find him playing guitar, competing in Super Smash Bros. tournaments, or grabbing sushi at his favorite spot, Nagoya.
