Our November Realtor of the Month is Brian DeSmit of Apex Realty. Brian knew he wanted a career in real estate or construction from a young age. So, after graduating from Aquinas in 2000 he jumped into the industry headfirst. After five years of increasing success, Brian acquired Apex Realty and focused his efforts on creating a successful boutique real estate firm.
Putting deals together and making connections is what drives him, and keeping those strong personal connections has been a key factor in his real estate success. To Brian integrity is everything, and he believes that how someone treats others is the biggest display of character. No matter what, he strives be honest and straight-forward.
Brian and his wife Danielle are true partners in real estate and in life, sharing a passion for home renovations and remodels. In his spare time, he finds great joy in coaching his children’s soccer and baseball teams and looks forward to outdoor activities with his family.
