Our Realtor of the Month for June is Teresa Hoffman with ERA Reardon Realty Great Lakes.

Teresa is a community-minded real estate professional whose journey into the industry began after years in the high-stress world of corporate manufacturing. Seeking a more meaningful path, she took her husband’s unexpected suggestion to try real estate and never looked back. Since 2014, Teresa has been helping clients build dreams, not just close deals. For her, it’s about more than buying and selling homes; it’s about connection, care, and community.

Known for her hands-on approach and genuine heart, Teresa goes above and beyond for her clients. Whether it’s cleaning, painting, or helping with yardwork, she’s all in from start to finish — and if she can’t do it herself, she’ll find someone who can. Her ability to truly understand her clients’ needs and tailor her services accordingly sets her apart, turning transactions into lasting relationships.

Outside of real estate, Teresa finds joy in cooking with her family, spending time outdoors, and cherishing every moment with her 10 grandchildren. A fan of Italian and Mexican cuisine and a lover of all music, especially 70s rock and her husband’s band, Chapter 4, Teresa brings warmth, dedication, and a personal touch to everything she does.
