Our Realtor of the Month for May is Madeleine Azocar with Keller Williams Rivertown.

Madeleine is West Michigan native whose passion for people, strong negotiating skills, and customer-first mindset make her a standout in the world of real estate. With a background in customer service, Madeleine brings more than just market knowledge to the table — she creates an experience. Whether she’s guiding first-time buyers, helping families relocate, or working through complex negotiations, her goal is always the same: to make the process smooth, stress-free, and even fun. She’s committed to treating every client like family and takes pride in delivering a high level of care and communication from start to finish. 

When she’s not helping clients find their perfect home, Madeleine stays busy with her family. Her husband plays professional baseball for the New York Mets, which means lots of travel and adventures with their daughter. At home, you’ll often find Madeleine cooking, exploring local restaurants (she highly recommends Gin Gins!), or enjoying all the things that make West Michigan so special, from the lakeshore to the Fulton Street Farmers Market. Madeleine loves being part of the growth and energy of Grand Rapids and is proud to help others put down roots here.
