Wade Monsma

Loan Officer, NMLS 166641

Wade Monsma’s successful career in the mortgage industry is a direct result of his passion for the business and his clients.

Wade began his career with a prominent West Michigan tool and die company. When he shifted gears and began working in the mortgage industry more than 15 years ago, he applied the attention to detail and strong work ethic that he’d learned in the manufacturing and building industries to his new endeavor. He’s dedicated to his clients and to providing superior customer service in all aspects of the loan process. “To be a successful loan officer, you must deliver excellence in all areas,” he explains. “To me, that means always being accessible, honest, and having extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry’s most current and relevant loan options.”

Wade understands the industry, its complex regulations, and the nuances important to closing a loan. His background and expertise in building is a tremendous resource for clients who are buying, remodeling, or building. Wade’s ultimate goal is to ensure that all of his clients choose the right mortgage for their situation. He works—and plays—with 100% dedication, conviction, and passion.

Wade was born and raised in West Michigan and received a degree in manufacturing from Grand Rapids Community College. He and his wife of more than 30 years, Brenda, have four grown children, and 6 grandchildren. When he’s not working, Wade likes to renovate his investment properties and is an avid outdoorsman. He and his family also enjoy fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, and boating at their cottage.

One thing is true about Wade, that no matter what client he is working with, the loan he is processing, the project, or hobby he is involved in, he gives it 100%.
