Meghan Howard Taylor

Director of Branding and Special Events

Meghan is a brand ambassador who is passionate about helping others create, nurture, and evolve their brands.

For over 12 years, Meghan has studied the relationships between people and brands. She believes that one of the most important aspects of a successful business is the connectivity between people—the people who work within the company and the customers they serve. At Treadstone, she is focused on creating a culture that celebrates and empowers employees to live and work according to their values. Internally, this means Treadstone employees are able to solve problems and make decisions based on those values; for Treadstone customers, it means a positive, trustworthy loan experience with exceptional customer service.

Fostering relationships with clients is a job Meghan loves because she’s an energetic people person who enjoys learning about others and encouraging connection. To get to know clients better and help them build relationships, not only with Treadstone employees but with one another, Meghan focuses on providing experiences, creating memories, and sharing stories. She works hard to create a sophisticated, consistent visual identity for Treadstone, to leverage their unique services to the market, and to strengthen client relations.

Meghan was born and raised in Grand Rapids, graduated from the University of Montana, and eventually returned to her home state. She is thrilled to witness the renaissance of Grand Rapids and enjoys trying its many new restaurants, cultural attractions, sporting events and concert venues. Meghan also loves spending time in the great outdoors, particularly on Lake Michigan. If she’s not at work, you’re likely to find her at the lake with good friends, family and her golden retriever, Mabel.
