Treadstone Christmas Bellini


  • 1 bottle of champagne, sparkling wine, or prosecco
  • 1/2 cup of raspberry sorbet (or your favorite flavor)
  • fresh raspberries (or your favorite fruit)


  1. Scoop sorbet into a glass then fill with champagne.
  2. Top with fresh raspberries.

Under the Mistletoe


  • 2 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 2 orange half-wheels
  • simple syrup
  • cranberry juice
  • cranberries
  • club soda
  • 1 thyme sprig


  1. In a Collins glass, muddle the cranberries and orange.
  2. Add the gin and simple syrup, and fill with ice.
  3. Top with a mixture of two parts cranberry juice to one part club soda.
  4. Stir with a thyme sprig and garnish with three additional cranberries

Naughty or Nice Whiskey Sour


  • 2 oz. bourbon
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • vanilla extract
  • ground cinnamon
  • cinnamon stick or rosemary sprig for garnish


  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, lemon juice, maple, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  2. Add ice and shake before straining into a glass
  3. Garnish with rosemary and a cinnamon stick

The Snowball


  • 3 oz. 1921 Tequila Cream Liqueur
  • 3 drops of vanilla extract
  • crushed ice
  • 1 oz. of evaporated skim milk
  • 1/2 oz. Kahlua
  • ground cinnamon
  • cinnamon stick


  1. Pour all the ingredients – except for the cinnamon powder – into a blender.
  2. Blend for about ten seconds.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top and stick the cinnamon stick down in the glass for garnish.

Peppermint Pattie


  • 1/4 oz.Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1/2 oz. chocolate liqueur
  • 1 c. hot chocolate of your choice
  • whipped cream
  • crushed peppermint


  1. Add peppermint schnapps, chocolate liqueur, and hot chocolate to a sauce pan.
  2. Heat mixture then add to serving glass.
  3. Top with whip cream and crushed peppermint candy.

  • 1/4 c. apple cider
  • 1/2 c. cranberry juice
  • soda water
  • lemon juice
  • sugar


  1. Dip the top of the glass in water and then immediately dip into the sugar in a dish.
  2. Pour in the apple cider, followed by the cranberry juice.
  3. Add a splash of soda water for the bubbles, and top with a dash of lemon juice.
  4. Garnish as desired!
