Meghan is the Director of Branding & Special Events and has worked within this industry for over 20 years. Her passion is creating strong connections between small businesses, the community, and her colleagues. She believes that fostering these relationships is essential for the success of any organization. Meghan is driven by the impact organizations can have when they lead with integrity, both internally and externally.
At Treadstone, she is focused on creating a culture that celebrates and empowers employees to live and work according to their values. Internally, this means Treadstone employees can solve problems and make decisions based on those values; for Treadstone customers, it means a positive, trustworthy loan experience with exceptional customer service.
Fostering relationships with clients is a job Meghan loves because she’s an energetic people person who enjoys learning about others and encouraging connections. Meghan focuses on providing experiences, creating memories, and sharing stories to get to know clients better and help them build relationships with Treadstone employees and one another. She works hard to make a sophisticated, consistent visual identity for Treadstone, to leverage their unique services to the market, and to strengthen client relations.
A Midwestern woman through and through, Meghan believes in the philosophy of “the more, the merrier,” Sunday dinners, casseroles, knowing your neighbors, and treating others as you’d like to be treated. In her world, Hellmann’s mayonnaise and butter are food groups, and family and friends always come first. Above all, she believes that no day is bad enough that a little time on the shores of Lake Michigan can’t fix. Meghan is a proud mom to a beautiful daughter and is married to a wonderful man she met in Ireland during her mom’s 70th birthday trip. Now, he’s a proud Irish Michigander. They call Cascade/Ada home, along with their quirky, lovable golden retriever, Orla.
