For someone who likes to be social and enjoys digital marketing—there could not have been a better fit for Matt Muscat then as the Marketing Director at Treadstone Funding. Matt joined the Treadstone team in 2011 as the Director of Marketing and currently spends most of his time working on new ways for Real Estate Professionals to utilize technology.

Matt is always striving to stay current and flexible to help people develop strategies for staying on top of what’s next in the industry, the digital world, and more. He believes that “Real Estate and Lending are great industries because everything starts with a relationship. The internet can be a powerful save button for helping to start, grow and maintain these relationships.” He would also say that this is the perfect industry for him because so many of these great relationships start or grow with the help of delicious food, and of course, good cocktails!

Matt’s two favorite things to do are to explore new restaurants and to travel—things he, his wife Stephanie, and his young son, Aston, like to do any chance they get. In fact, by the time Aston was 1, he had already been on over 20 flights! Matt and his family find that traveling to new places not only opens your eyes but also opens your taste buds. No matter where their adventures take them, food is always an essential part of the trip! In addition to Matt’s marketing and recruiting role at Treadstone, and exploring the world’s culinary offerings, he also stays busy running Maltese Marketing—a boutique marketing agency he started in 2012. He has always had a strong passion for all things marketing and social and shares this passion when helping other businesses grow and prosper.
