Danielle Crilley

Both personally and professionally, Danielle is passionate about connecting with people and building relationships. With a degree in Finance, Danielle decided the mortgage industry was a great way to mesh finance with her love of working with people. Right after graduating, Danielle began her career in mortgages and became a licensed Loan Officer.

Danielle’s favorite part of originating loans is being able to help people through major professional and personal life transitions that often accompany buying a home. Purchasing a home is a major life decision, and Danielle strives to be a source of calming confidence for her clients as they navigate these exciting transitions.

As a Loan Officer, her priorities are to ensure a smooth transition by providing a seamless mortgage experience for her clients and to create relationships with them along the way. Each client is so much more than a transaction. As Danielle says, “I’m passionate about making every client feel like my only client.”  She loves taking the time to get to know her clients on a personal level and believes this enables her to provide the best advice possible. Her attention to detail, proactive communication, and tailored advice truly make all the difference.

Outside of work, you can usually find Danielle working out in the mornings and surrounded by friends at a local happy hour in the evenings! She loves being social and active, so anything where she can do both is right up her alley. Danielle also enjoys skiing, golfing with friends, traveling up North, and being on one of Michigan’s many pristine lakes.

Originally from East Lansing, Danielle moved to Grand Rapids to attend Grand Valley State University where she continued her golf career as a collegiate golfer and earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance. Danielle has called Grand Rapids home ever since. She loves living downtown and being able to take advantage of all our beautiful city has to offer.
