She was particularly helpful in providing the latest starting rates and assisting with tax estimates. Once an offer was accepted, I worked more with Kevin, who was able to provide a very detailed breakdown of closing costs and answer several questions on closing and loan terms. With a pre-approval in place, and many documents already in hand, the closing process was quite smooth, aided by their web portal with helpful tracking of the process and any open tasks.
