Education is the driving force behind everything in Mallory Strotheide’s life. From work to play, she believes that learning and helping others learn is a way to make the world a better place. As a loan officer with over seven years of experience, Mallory strives to apply that belief to her career. “I‘ve always been passionate about helping others and making a difference in people’s lives,” she reflects. “As a child, I wanted to be a teacher. Now that I’m in the mortgage business I still rely heavily on education to continue to become better at my job and to help the agents and clients I serve.”
Mallory wears many hats and she wears them all with pride. The first being a wife, and mother to Maylee & Kasen, followed closely by her career as a loan officer, and finally in her spare time, coaching local youth in softball. Mallory embraces technology and uses it both personally and professionally. Personally, it helps her show the world the cute day-to-day activities of her dog and, professionally, it enables her to provide clients with lightning-fast responses via text, calls, emails, and social media messages.
Mallory grew up in Portland, MI, and now lives in Forest Hills with her husband, Jake. She loves the big city/small-town feel that Grand Rapids so perfectly provides. She is an active volunteer with the Women’s Council of Realtors and numerous youth sports leagues.
