From owning her first home at the age of 24, Jenny was sold on the rewards of homeownership. Although she didn’t know it at the time, the same passion she felt toward becoming a homeowner herself would fuel her future career as a mortgage loan officer. Knowing how rewarding it was for her has translated into her love of helping others experience that accomplishment and achieve their homeownership goals.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Aquinas College, Jenny began her career in Social Work before making the jump into the mortgage industry in 1996. Now, with over 25 years of experience, Jenny takes pride in her accuracy and in-depth knowledge of the industry. With an underwriting and training background, Jenny has a knack for teaching. Her years of experience have influenced her approach with clients, guiding them through the entire mortgage process smoothly and effectively. Whether her client is a first-time buyer, empty nester or investor, Jenny strives to ensure a personal, accurate mortgage process for all her clients.
Personally, Jenny is very family oriented. When she isn’t working, you can typically find her gardening, dining with her husband and friends, or traveling abroad to visit her first grandchild. Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Jenny loves living near the lakeshore and soaking up all West Michigan has to offer. She loves spending time on her boat and visiting her oldest son in Marquette, a graduate of Northern Michigan University, where he owns his own home. Her favorite Sunday afternoons include cooking, baking, and long family walks.
